US Vehicle Sales for May

One of the weakest May changes for new vehicle sales on record highlights that the tariff front-running binge from March and April has come to an end.
Total vehicle sales were essentially unchanged, up by a mere 0.3% in this fifth month of the year, which is the fourth weakest May performance since the 1980’s and nowhere near the 10.4% rise that is average.
