US Existing Home Sales for June

Abnormal divergences in the change of existing home sales in June highlight the strains/burdens that remain intact in the housing market from the high cost of borrowing.
Existing home sales were essentially unchanged, higher by a mere 0.3% (NSA) in the sixth month of the year, diverging 8.4% increase that is average for this first month of the meteorological summer season.
