Canada Labour Force Survey for July

The largest July decline on record for Canadian employment highlights an evolving derailment versus the seasonal norm that threatens an economic recession ahead.
Employment in Canada plunged by 243,000, or 1.1% (NSA), last month, erasing the gain from the month prior and coming in much weaker than the 0.2% decline that is normal at this time of year.
